Cancellation Policy for RV Sites

• Daily reservations of up to 6 days: One day fee if cancelled by 5 pm prior to the day of arrival. Full reservation amount is due and collected if cancelled on the scheduled arrival day.
• Weekly reservation cancellation fee: 20% of total reservation amount if cancelled by 5 pm prior to arrival day. Full reservation amount is due and collected if cancelled on arrival day.
• Monthly reservation cancellation fee: $200 if cancelled by 5 pm prior to 72 hours before arrival day. Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled arrival pay 50% of the monthly rate, and cancellations on arrival day require 100% of the monthly rate.

Cancellation Policy for Vacation Rentals

• If cancelled prior to 14 days before the scheduled arrival day, the fee is the cost of one day rental. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the total reservation amount is due and non-refundable.
• NO SHOW: If no action is taken to change or cancel the reservation and the guest does not arrive, the full amount is due and collected, and the site will be released.

Change Policy

• A reservation can be changed or moved once to a date within 90 days. New dates must be provided at the time of request. Future credits or indefinite holds are not available.

• All rates are based on a 2-person occupancy.
• Extra persons at RV sites are $5.00 per person, per night.
• Extra persons at Vacation Rentals are not permitted.
• Most sites accommodate 1 hitched and 1 extra vehicle. Additional vehicles must fit on the site and are charged $5.00 per vehicle, per night.
• Maximum of 6 guests per RV site, including children.
• Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. Early check-ins may be available; a fee up to $10 may apply.
• Check-out for RV sites is 11:00 a.m. An additional $10 is charged at 12:00 p.m., and full price after 1:00 p.m.
• Check-out for Vacation Rentals is 10:00 a.m.
• Early check-out yields no refund.
• Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Please respect your neighbors.
• Only well-kept RVs are allowed. Units older than 15 years require photos for approval before reserving.
• All RVs must be RVIA certified and fully self-contained with proper sewer connections.
• The following are not permitted: tents, tent trailers, vans, homemade trailers/campers, and converted buses or vans. Units older than 15 years must call for approval.
• Wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are not allowed at RV sites. Portable propane fire pits are allowed.
• Wood fires are permitted only in designated communal fire pits.
• All visitors must pay a $7 fee per vehicle and check in at the office before entering. Pets are not allowed for visitors.
• A maximum of three pets per site are welcome. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and never left unattended.
• No aggressive, threatening, or disruptive animal behavior is allowed. Any such animal will be asked to leave with its owner, with no refund.
• Use of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
• This park is a No-Drone Zone.
• Generators may not be used at any time.
• Washing vehicles, bicycles, or bikes is prohibited.
• Vehicle repair or maintenance is not allowed. Leaks of oil, gasoline, or diesel will result in a maintenance fee.
• Sewer spills will result in a cleaning/sanitizing fee.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets, children, or visitors.
• The campground and its staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, fire, acts of nature, or personal negligence.

I agree to hold harmless Casey's Riverside RV Resort, its managers, and employees for any and all liabilities of loss or damages to personal property, valuables, and injuries to person, friends, family members, or guests of the registered campers arising from the use of the campground and its facilities.
