April 23rd-25th

Eugene Marathon

The largest marathon in the Pacific Northwest, with the full and half marathon on Sunday and a 5K and kids’ race on Saturday. Every race finishes on the track inside Hayward Field at the University of Oregon.

Oakridge-Westfir Tree Planting Festival

Oakridge and Westfir’s annual festival, now past 70 years running, with four days of live entertainment, a Saturday parade, quilt and craft shows, kids’ activities, food trucks, a run/walk and disc golf at Greenwaters Park.

Mountain Bike Oregon

A four-day mountain bike festival at Red Covered Bridge Park in Westfir, with guided rides on Oakridge’s singletrack, shuttles and free bike demos. Evenings include music, raffles and a beverage garden, and there are skills clinics for kids, teens, women and adults.

Prefontaine Classic

The premier track and field meet in the U.S., bringing the world’s best athletes to Hayward Field at the University of Oregon. It’s held over Fourth of July weekend and sold out in 2025.

Oregon Country Fair

A three-day festival held every July in Veneta, Oregon, with art and craft booths, 80 food booths and 17 stages of music and performance.

Lane County Fair

Five days of food, rides, games, exhibits, animals and concerts at the fairgrounds in downtown Eugene. There’s a headline concert each night, and concert tickets include fair admission.
